Without objection, it was so ordered. 2009-04-15 Senate Journal Page 0977 Senator Ellis moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date"?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 83 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Committee Report? Effective Date YEAS: 17 NAYS: 2 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 VACANT: 1 Yeas: Bunde, Davis, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Therriault, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Dyson, Wagoner and so, the report was adopted, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
